I don't really know what kira-kira means I think it means a word that you use to to explain something that you really can't explain like Supercalifragilisticexpealldocious.
Kira-Kira is a Japanese word used to describe something glittery. However, I also believe that kira-kira can be described to say something that is wonderful and extravagent. Not powerful enough to describe in words.
